Also, the frustration I am experiencing now would be magnified if I was attempting to change too many aspects of my life at the same time. I have never been able to sustain my weight loss over a period of time like I have this time. I do need to add exercise to the routine and have started doing this though it is a big challenge. I appreciate your feedback and you are correct that it is only a matter of time before I need to incorporate more and more. Right now, for me, I need to take it one step at a time.Sheldon Morrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04583419887558849623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5666021618459756541.post-21618492288508003722013-01-24T18:32:04.583-07:002013-01-24T18:32:04.583-07:00I think you would be less discouraged if you saw f...I think you would be less discouraged if you saw faster success. to do that, you are going to have to incorporate all aspects of weight loss-calorie counting, eating proper (fruits and veggies), daily exercise, not eating too late, personal accountability, etc. Fighting the urge to snack with a big glass of water and brushing your teeth may help. Watching tv while lifting weights or doing sit ups or pushups is good too-activity without realizing it.The secret to long lasting success is getting into a good routine and sticking to it. Exercise starts to feel good and not like a chore after a few short weeks. don't make excuses for yourself and don't give up!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
